HAMDEN — Quinnipiac Athletics has announced that the shuttles typically reserved for students from the Mount Carmel campus to the TD Banknorth Sports Center will be made available to the general public tonight. Here is the full press release:
“Quinnipiac shuttle buses for tonight’s (7 p.m.) men’s ice hockey game at the TD Banknorth Sports Center will be made available to the public. The buses will run between the North Lot of the Mt. Carmel Campus and the TD Banknorth Sports Center while operating continuously prior to, during and after the game.
PLEASE NOTE: Limited parking will be available at the TD Banknorth Sports Center lot, but once the lot is full the access road will be closed to incoming traffic and all fans will be re-directed to the North Lot of the Mt. Carmel Campus, where the shuttles will be available. There will be no parking allowed on the access road itself at any time tonight.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for tonight’s game.”
As always, come back to the WQAQ Sports Site for full post-game coverage later tonight.
