(HAMDEN, Conn.)- They are getting on the right track. The Quinnipiac University Bobcats men’s golf team finished 3rd out of 9 teams on September 20-21 at the Dartmouth Invitational. Their two-day score of 600 was 9 shots behind first place finisher Bryant University, who had a 36-hole score of 591, and 7 shots behind second place Dartmouth College, who had a 593.
Leading the Bobcats individually was Brady Giroux, whose 36-hole score was a 149. That put him 7th overall in the individual competition. He was followed Ian O’Connor, who shot a 150. Ryan Reynolds and Ryerson Stinson were next with a 151. Charlie Niland had a 152 and Jayson Loranger finished with a 158.
The next tournament on the fall slate for the Bobcats is the Yale Invitational, this weekend, at the Yale Golf Club in New Haven, CT.
